What Does Legacy Include?
A year in Legacy gives you:
- Three quarterly virtual retreats (full-day). Experiential, interactive sessions on the work that actually moves your business forward, like turning one-off corporate engagements into ongoing retainers or using strategic stories to demonstrate ROI to decision-makers. Topics shift each quarter and each retreat, and members have access to all previous Legacy session recordings.
- Two in-person retreats in Las Vegas (Fall and Spring). Time to step back, evolve how you see yourself as a leader, and deepen your bonds with your Legacy sisters. Can't make one? Convert up to one retreat/year into an extra 1:1 with Alexia.
- Monthly two-hour group coaching calls. Every month without a retreat, bring your upcoming presentation, client proposal, or a BHAG to Alexia and the group for a dedicated hot seat.
- Four 1:1 mentorship sessions with Alexia each year. Sixty minutes, quarterly, on your business, speaking, and thought leadership. Want more? You can add batches of additional sessions whenever you want deeper, ongoing 1:1 support.
- Yearly VIP Half-Day with Alexia. In three hours, develop a strategic plan, dig into new program messaging, birth a new keynote, or strengthen your team leadership. (Alexia normally charges $3,000+ for sessions like this!)
- Quarterly individual sprints. Each quarter you design a focused sprint to address a constraint in your business, design a new system or program, or create momentum through more streamlined operations.
- A virtual small group mastermind (Optional). Looking for extra accountability and time with your Legacy sisters? You'll run your quarterly sprints alongside a small group of aligned members, fueling additional momentum.
- Discount pricing on the Messaging Studio. Access Alexia’s done-for-you copywriting team for pitch sequences, landing pages, one-sheets, media kits, client success stories, and other business, speaking, and thought leadership assets.
- Bonus workshops and community experiences. Past guests have included an IP attorney, a venture capitalist, an operations expert, and a book coach. We also make room for member-led pop-ups and occasional round of member speed dating.

Who's invited to join Legacy?
Legacy is for seasoned entrepreneurs and thought leaders with established businesses and revenue. Most members have been through one of Alexia’s programs or come referred by a current member. The thread that connects us is simple. We’re values-driven, committed to high performance without needless hustle, and are serious about lifting up other women leaders.
Is Legacy a mastermind?
No. Masterminds are wonderful, but this is a different structure. Legacy isn’t a program with a start and end date. It’s an ongoing collective built for women who’ve outgrown the group-program stage and crave real collaboration with peers operating at their level.
How many women are in Legacy?
Membership is capped at 15.
What's the investment?
Legacy is a yearly commitment, paid annually or quarterly, with most members choosing 4 payments of $1775 USD. There’s also a one-time $250 registration fee that confirms your seat. Alexia will walk you through investment options if you both agree the program is a good fit.
What happens after the first year?
Your membership renews automatically, but if you want to change your payment option or step away, just communicate that in writing 60 days before your renewal date.
