Whether we are supporting a leader to excel in an important presentation, manage team conflict, deliver better feedback, or advocate for a strategic initiative, our executive coaching is unique because it fuses coaching conversation with frequent opportunities for role-playing communication, feedback on presence and messaging, and personalized developmental exercises.

Emotional intelligence is the backbone of effective leadership and a catalyst for high performing teams, which is why we use emotional intelligence assessments with many of our executive coaching clients.

We often use the EQ 360, which measures fifteen emotional intelligence (EQ) competencies and helps leaders pinpoint both strengths and areas for growth. Insights from this multi-rater assessment, which blends a leader’s self-perception with feedback from supervisors, direct reports, and colleagues, are then used to co-create personalized leadership development plans. This process ensures that leaders can enhance their influence, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex emotions with authenticity and presence.

For organizations or individuals seeking a self-assessment option, we also offer the EQ-i 2.0, which is ideal for leaders who prefer a more introspective approach to emotional intelligence development or for companies with limited resources.
