Step into Your Moxie is a certified woman-owned and disability-owned business. We excel at showing executives, business leaders, and consultants how to communicate powerfully – particularly during high-stakes conversations, presentations, and in written communication.
Our ‘secret sauce’ is teaching leaders, and those who develop them, how to develop the mindset and skill set to be present with the discomfort that often comes up when speaking—especially during high-stakes communication.
Light on theory and rooted in hands-on practice, our coaching, training, messaging, and certification programs ensure our clients can walk into any room, conversation, or onto any stage and speak up for themselves, their important ideas, and call people to take action.
When you step into your moxie, you provide a pathway and permission for others to do the same.
Step into Your Moxie is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to creating safety and belonging for people from all backgrounds. This includes those who identify as women or non-binary, people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities, and people recovering from trauma and living with chronic illnesses.
